VIEWER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE ACCESS AND USE

1. Alea Holdings US Company (“AHUSCO”) has made available this website (“Website”) to holders of statutory trust issued preferred equity securities issued by each of AHUSCO Statutory Trust I, AHUSCO Statutory Trust II and/or AHUSCO Statutory Trust III (“TruPS”). The purpose of the website is for AHUSCO to provide TruPS holders who have been given access to the Website (the “Viewers”) to access via the internet certain financial information relating to AHUSCO (“Information”). In consideration of accessing the Information, Viewers must agree to these terms and conditions in connection with their use of the Website.
2. Whilst using the Website, Viewers must:
   2.1 take all reasonable steps to ensure that none of the Information is visible to, or capable of being overlooked by, other persons;
   2.2 not leave computers or other communications devices through which the service is accessed unattended whilst connected to the Website;
   2.3 ensure that the browser is closed when they have finished using the Website;
   2.4 not deface, mark, alter, modify, vary (including varying the sequence of) damage or destroy in any way any Information contained on the Website; and
   2.5 not attempt to download, scan, copy, print, photograph or otherwise capture any of the Information contained in the Website;
   2.6 not attempt to disable the protection software associated with the Website; and
   2.7 not share their Website password with anyone else.
3. Viewers shall keep all the Information contained on the Website secret and confidential and not use the Information or in any way disclose it to any other person without the prior written consent of AHUSCO (which may be given on such terms as it considers appropriate) except for Information which is in or which enters the public domain otherwise than as a consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
4. Unless otherwise stated, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made or given as to the adequacy, accuracy, reliability or completeness of the Information or as to the reasonableness of any assumptions on which any of it is based and Viewer agrees, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person to whom they make known any part of the Information (in accordance with these terms and conditions).
5. The Viewer agrees that no information made available on the Website shall constitute an offer to sell, or an invitation to purchase or tender for, any assets or securities or form the basis of any contract.
6. Each Viewer confirms that at AHUSCO’s request it will:
   6.1 return to AHUSCO or, at AHUSCO’s option, destroy all Information downloaded from the Website and any information derived or generated therefrom together with any copies thereof (in all cases whether in the Viewer’s possession or in the possession of others to whom such information is made known in whatever form);
   6.2 delete all Information downloaded from the Website and any information derived or generated therefrom from any computer, word processor, tablet, smartphone or other communications device through which the Website is accessed, or other like device in its possession, custody or control or in the possession, custody or control of others to whom such information is made known in whatever form; and
   6.3 provide a certificate confirming that the provisions of paragraph 6.1 and paragraph 6.2 have been complied with.

By reading this text and accessing the Information you confirm that you are the holder of TruPS and have read and agree to be bound by the Rules.
